How to apply
Course and cancellation fee
On inscription the course fee is due immediately. Please have a credit card ready. Once the STF has received the registration fee your inscription is binding. Should you decide to withdraw your inscription at a later date, a fee will be charged.
Cancellation fee:
Cancellations must be in writing. When cancelling a course for whatever reason, the following cancellation fees are payable:
- In the event of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of studies: CHF 500.00
- In the event of cancellation within 60 days of the start of studies: CHF 1500.00
- In the event of non-attendance or cancellation after the start of studies: the total course fees
Visa
If your stay is shorter than three months you only need to bring your valid passport with you. This applies to citizens of the following countries: countries of the American Continent (except Belize, Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Peru), Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
For all other countries pleases find more information and requirements at the Federal Office for Migration or please contact the Swiss Consulate General located nearest you.
Confirmation of Inscription
When your payment has been received and all other requirements (if needed) been met, you will receive a confirmation of inscription.
