Corporation: 60 Years of Indo-Swiss Friendship
In an internal competition, small teams of students from the Swiss Textile College (STF) and the National Institute of Fashion Technology of India (NIFT) have been designing outfits on the following themes:
- Yesterday – retro fashion in India and Switzerland
- Today – an interpretation of today's fashion
(the Indian students worked with Swiss fabrics, the Swiss with Indian fabrics) - Tomorrow – a vision of the future
Finally a company of professional Swiss and Indian dancers have presented the masterpieces produced by these talented young designers in the presence of the winning teams.
To celebrate 60 years of the Indian-Swiss Friendship Treaty, the Association of Swiss Textile Machinery Manufacturers, in cooperation with the Indian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce and the Embassy of Switzerland to India presents the Students' Fashion Dance Performance «let's move».
